If we determine that your requested use of the Services would breach this AUP, we may decline or limit that work and will normally explain our concerns where we are able to do so.
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
You must handle personal data and confidential information responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

- You will comply with the applicable terms and acceptable use policies of those third-party providers.
- You will not ask us to configure or use such third-party services in a way that violates their policies or applicable law.
- If a third-party provider raises concerns or complaints about your use, we may need to limit or adjust the Services we provide to you.
Breaches of third-party acceptable use policies can result in suspension or termination by those providers, which may impact our ability to continue delivering Services.

We will generally seek to act proportionately, focusing on the least disruptive steps that effectively address the issue, but we are not obligated to continue providing Services where ongoing use would pose legal, security, reputational, or compliance risks.
Suspension or termination under this AUP does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees owed for services already performed or committed as described in your Service Agreement, except where otherwise required by law.
11. Relationship to Other Terms
This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service and may also be referenced in Service Agreements or other documents.
